You have to bribe…

After (unsuccessfully) trying to call for a cab from my client office in PJ (petaling jaya) from almost all taxi operators I know for an hour, a collegue smiles and whisper to me “Erm, you have to bribe them”.

“Huh? How do you bribe a call operator over the phone?”

“Tell them meter + 5”
